Data processing for orders
When you place an order, we only collect and use your personal data to the extent that this is necessary to fulfill and process your order and to process your inquiries. Cookies

Type and scope of processing
We have integrated HubSpot Forms on our website. HubSpot Forms is a service of HubSpot, Inc. and provides marketing automation software for marketing services and products, including SEO and content creation, lead management, email marketing, and web analytics.
HubSpot Forms is used to store data entered in forms, e.g. when contacting us via the contact form. The data provided can be stored in our customer relationship management system (CRM system).

Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data with the help of HubSpot Forms for the purpose of processing the contact request and its processing in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b. GDPR.

We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with advertising information (hereinafter “newsletter”) only with the consent of the recipient or legal permission. If the contents of the newsletter are specifically described when registering for the newsletter, they are decisive for the consent of the user.
We use HubSpot as part of our legitimate interest in economically efficient customer communication for our newsletter and mailing. The data used by HubSpot contains a “web beacon” that sends the opening of the newsletter and/or the activation of a link contained therein by you to HubSpot. Our newsletter provider also uses this data, but only in pseudonymous form (i.e. without enabling your identification) to analyze and optimize their own service. However, under no circumstances will your data be used to write to you.

Double opt-in and logging

Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking
We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” on our website and, in this context, conversion tracking (evaluation of visits).
